Refunds cannot be given once a product is opened. If you are unsatisfied with your order or have any other issues, you must contact us within 24 hours after delivery.
DAMAGED PACKAGE REFUND PROCESS
As soon as you have discovered your package and/or its content are damaged (within 24 hours*):
*We are not responsible for the condition of any package/product(s) past 24 hours of delivery, so be sure to contact us as soon as possible. Damaged orders not covered by insurance will be compensated at the discretion of Sunny Smart Supplements.
With some exceptions, Priority Mail Express may include up to $100 of insurance and Priority Mail may include up to $50 in the price of service.
The option to add additional insurance to your order is available during checkout for $2.00 and will provide up to a maximum coverage of $5,000.00**.
Damaged orders not covered by the additional insurance offered at the time of checkout will be compensated at the discretion of Sunny Smart Supplements.
**Replacement of any damaged items whose value(s) exceeds the amount included in the price of service will only be authorized for orders with purchased additional insurance.
LATE DELIVERY REFUND PROCESS
You must contact us no later than 7 days after the package is delivered in order to initiate the refund process.
**DO NOT INITIATE A REFUND WITH ANY CARRIER YOURSELF.** If you do so, this is a violation of our company policy and you will forfeit any claim to a refund or discount.
If you paid for UPS, FedEX, or USPS Priority Mail Express and your order fails to arrive on the estimated date, Sunny Smart Supplements will initiate a refund of the shipping cost on your behalf after delivery is made.
Please note: we can only apply for a refund after delivery is made, and can only issue a refund if approved by your carrier.
Refunds for delayed USPS Priority Mail Express or FedEx 2-Day packages will only be given to customers who paid for this specific shipping method and did not initiate a refund on their own behalf.
For orders that received FREE Priority Mail Express or FedEx 2-Day shipping (orders of $250 or more), or were denied a refund by USPS/FedEx, or were given these shipping methods free as part of a promotional or customer service event, a coupon worth 5% off your next order will be issued.
**CASH/CREDIT CARD REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN WITHOUT PRIOR COORDINATION**
