Sunny Smart Supplements is here to answer your questions Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm EST and Saturday 9am-12pm EST. We are closed on Sundays and all Federal Holidays. After business hours, a remote team member may be available to answer your questions.
Answers to our most common questions are provided below:
When should I place my order?
All orders received by 2pm EST Monday through Friday, or by 11am EST on Saturday, will be delivered to their respective carriers that same day.
Orders received after these designated times will be delivered to the carrier the next business day.
Federal Holidays will restrict our delivery options; however, we will send reminders about these dates.
Weather events may also have an impact on shipping.

What carriers do you use for shipping?
The carriers we currently offer are Federal Express (FedEx) and USPS (United States Postal Service). We no longer offer UPS as they have been unreliable and caused our customers many issues.
What are your shipping rates?
For orders of $40 or more, we offer free Priority Shipping via USPS.
For orders of $250 or more, we offer free Priority Express Shipping via USPS and also FedEx 2Day®.

What payment options do you offer?
We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and VISA, as well as Apple Pay. Visit the Payment Options page to learn more.
Can I make a partial payment?
We no longer accept partial payments, and we cannot ship product that has not been paid for.
Why isn't my package's status updating on the carrier website?
If you received a tracking number but your shipping label is not showing as scanned in or the package's location isn't updating, there's no need to worry. On occasion, carrier websites take longer than usual to show that the package has been received or update its exact location.
We guarantee every order placed and paid before our cut-off each day (2pm EST weekdays, 11am Saturday) will be delivered to the selected carrier that same day.
How do I get a shipping refund if my package is delivered late?
Do NOT initiate a shipping refund with any shipping carrier yourself as this will result in your claim being denied.
Shipping refunds will only be given to customers who paid for a specific shipping method and who do not initiate a refund on their own behalf.

What do I do if my product is damaged?
If your package or container is damaged, you must submit a Damaged Item Claim immediately (no later than 48 hours of delivery).
Do NOT open the container and do not mail it back unless arrangements with Sunny Smart Supplements have been made.
