Online Payment Methods

We are always looking for ways to make paying online easier for our customers and, thanks to our new credit card processor, it's easier than ever. Best of all, your credit card information is kept secure and never shared with us.

Visa • MasterCard • Discover • American Express and more will be added soon.

We never charge payment fees for any credit card transactions. Please note,  we do not pay or incorporate fees associated with any payment method. These fees are the responsibility of each individual customer/researcher.

When you place your order, there is a drop-down box where you select your method of payment. Simply choose "Credit Card" and, when your order is submitted to us, a credit card invoice will be drafted and emailed to you. Once complete, a receipt will be automatically sent to you verifying your transaction is complete.

Failed Transactions: If you cannot complete your transaction, we will do whatever we can to provide assistance, but we will not accept or attempt to process credit /gift cards on behalf of any customer. This is for the safety and security of your personal information as well as the protection of our staff.

After Hours Invoicing: If you place your order after 5 pm EST (Mon-Fri) or 12 pm EST (Sat) and request payment via credit card, our after-hours team will send your invoice at our first available opportunity.

Unpaid Orders: Any orders left unpaid for three (3) days will be cancelled unless prior coordination for an extended payment deadline has been made. We will not ship unpaid orders. Thank you for your understanding.

Partial Payments: We do not accept partial payments.
