Carrier and Shipping Information

Signature Required

While adding items to your cart, every customer has the option to check the “Signature Required” box (for an additional $3) on the product page. Checking this box to require signature during delivery helps protect against misplacement, loss, or theft of your package.

If this option is waived and delivery by the carrier is confirmed, Sunny Smart Supplements will not be held responsible for any missing packages or items.

The Sunny Smart Guarantee™

Sunny Smart Supplements wants every customer to feel confident about their order, which is why we came up with the Sunny Smart Guarantee™.

We guarantee all paid orders for research materials received by 2pm EST Monday-Friday, or by 11 am EST on Saturday, will be delivered to their carriers that same day.

If we ever fail to meet this guarantee, we will take the steps necessary to make it right.

Federal Express (FedEx)

Rates are calculated based on delivery date and the size/weight of an order, and are priced directly from the carrier. Sunny Smart Supplements does not add any additional fees to any service carrier cost.

All FedEx options may be selected during checkout.

1. FedEx 2-Day: FREE for all orders. | Arrives within two business days
2. FedEx 2-Day AM: $40 or FREE for all orders of $300 or more.
3. FedEx Standard Overnight: $70
4. FedEx Priority Overnight: $75

Severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control can occasionally delay or disrupt FedEx services.

Pick-Up Times

FedEx picks up from various sites multiple times per day; this includes both in-store and drop-box locations. Your package may not update until after the last pick-up of the day (6pm EST), or until your package reaches the main shipping hub in Miami, Florida later that evening.

United States Postal Service (USPS)

1. USPS Priority Mail: $20
2. USPS Priority Mail Express: $40 or FREE for P.O. Box deliveries on orders of $300 or more. | Arrives overnight or up to two business days. Delivery estimates and times vary based on holidays, postal code, weather, etc.

Alaska or Hawaii Addresses

If your package is to be delivered to an Alaska or Hawaii address, you must select “Delivery to Alaska or Hawaii (+$15.00)” under “Additional Options” on the product page.

If your order contains multiple products, you need only make this selection once.

If you do not select “Delivery to Alaska or Hawaii (+$15.00)“, your order will be canceled and you will need to place your order again.
