Refund and Return Policy
Sunny Smart Supplements does not accept returns unless arrangements have been made with the Owners (in these rare cases, the package the products were originally mailed in cannot be opened).
At the discretion of Sunny Smart Supplements, we may offer discounts, store credit, or replacement for items that have been lost or damaged when customers properly report issues within the specified time frames.
In order to receive any type of refund, you must submit a claim and carefully follow the guidelines on the respective page. The types of claim you may submit are:
- Damaged Item (submit within 48 hours of delivery)
- Late Package (submit within 7 days of delivery)
- Missing Item (submit within 48 hours of delivery)
- Missing Package (submit 5 days after scheduled delivery)
If you received free shipping with your order, you do not qualify for a shipping refund.
Customers should never file claims of any type with any shipping carrier. Customers must file all claims via the Sunny Smart Supplements website. Filing via a shipping carrier will result in your claim being denied.
Types of Claims You May File
Damaged Item Claim
In order to receive a refund or replacement for a damaged item(s), you must fill out the Damaged Item Claim Form. Please carefully read over the Damaged Item Claim Steps before submitting your claim. Failing to follow the steps may result in your claim being denied.
- Submit Damaged Item Claim Form within 48 hours of delivery
- Do NOT file a claim with the shipping carrier

Late Package Claim
In order to receive a refund on shipping for a package that was delivered late, you must fill out Late Package Claim Form completely. Please carefully read over the Late Package Claim Guidelines before submitting your claim. Failing to follow the guidelines may result in your claim being denied.
- Submit Late Package Claim Form after delivery
- Submit Late Package Claim no later than seven days after delivery
- Do NOT file a claim with the shipping carrier
- If you received free shipping with your order, you do not qualify for a shipping refund

Missing Items Claim

Missing Package Claim
In order to receive a refund or replacement for a package that was never delivered, you must fill out the Missing Package Claim Form completely. Please carefully read over the Missing Package Claim Guidelines before submitting your claim. Failing to follow the guidelines may result in your claim being denied.
- Submit Missing Package Claim Form no earlier than five days after scheduled delivery
- You have 21 days from the scheduled delivery date to file a Missing Package Claim
- Do NOT file a claim with the shipping carrier
- If you received a package, but the contents are missing, fill out the Missing Items Claim Form (above)
