Ordering Hours

All paid orders received by 2pm EST Monday thru Friday, or by 11am EST on Saturday, will be delivered to their respective carriers that same day.

Orders received after these designated times will be delivered to the carrier the next business day.

Federal Holidays and weather may restrict delivery options. Sign-up for our newsletter for holiday reminders and updates regarding weather or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Signature Required

While adding items to your cart, every customer has the option to check the “Signature Required” box (for an additional $3) on the product page. Checking this box to require signature during delivery helps protect against misplacement, loss, or theft of your package.

If this option is waived and delivery by the carrier is confirmed, Sunny Smart Supplements will not be held responsible for any missing packages or items.

Sunny Smart Supplements wants every customer to feel confident about their order, which is why we came up with the Sunny Smart Guarantee™.

We guarantee all paid orders received by 2pm EST Monday-Friday, or by 11 am EST on Saturday, will be delivered to their carriers that same day.

If we ever fail to meet this guarantee, we will take the steps necessary to make it right.

FedEx and UPS

Rates are calculated based on delivery date and the size/weight of an order, and are priced directly from the carrier. Sunny Smart Supplements does not add any additional fees to any service carrier cost.

All UPS and FedEx options may be selected during checkout. If you would like to use FedEx Saturday Delivery service, please let us know in the “Notes” section of your order or contact us and include your order number.

FedEx 2-Day: $25 or FREE with orders $250+ | Arrives within two business days

FedEx Standard Overnight: $70

FedEx Priority Overnight: $75

Saturday Delivery: adds $20

Severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control can occasionally delay or disrupt UPS and/or FedEx services.

Pick-Up Times

Both UPS and FedEx pick up from various sites multiple times per day; this includes both in-store and drop-box locations. Your package may not update until after the last pick-up of the day (6pm EST), or until your package reaches the main shipping hub in Miami, Florida later that evening.

USPS

USPS Priority Mail: FREE for all orders $40+ | Arrives within 1-3 business days

USPS Priority Mail Express: $28 or FREE for all orders $250+ | Arrives overnight or up to two business days

Note: Delivery estimates and times vary based on holidays, your postal code, the weather, etc.

Early Delivery

For an additional $5, we will process and deliver your package to the United States Post Office before 12pm EST. In order to take advantage of this option, you must select this option when adding an item to your cart and pay for your order by 11am EST Monday-Friday.

Note: choosing the Early Delivery option for USPS does not guarantee earlier delivery; it only allows your package to be scanned and processed into the USPS system sooner, which may result in a more timely delivery.

Our only guarantee is that your package will be delivered to USPS by 12pm EST.
