How to Earn Smart Points

1. Add Items to Your Cart – As you browse the Sunny Smart website, you’ll see a note on each product showing how many Smart Points you can earn. Every purchase earns Smart Points, so just add your favorites to your Cart.

2. View Your Cart – At the top of the Cart page, there is a banner letting you know exactly how many Smart Points you will earn with your purchase.

3. Complete Your Purchase – Choose your payment method as usual, then click the “Place Order” button to complete your purchase.

4. Earn Smart Points – Once your order has been fully processed, your Smart Points will be added to your Smart Points balance. You can check your balance on your Sunny Smart Profile dashboard (Click Here to view).

How to Redeem Smart Points

1. Check Your Smart Points Balance – There are two areas that your Smart Points balance will be displayed: in your Sunny Smart Profile (seen above) and in a banner at the top of your Cart.

2. Add Items to Your Cart – Now that you have earned Smart Points, you can use them to make purchases or enjoy a discount on a new order. Add your favorite items to your Cart and then go to your Cart to make your purchase.

3. Redeem Smart Points – At the top of your Cart, where your Smart Points balance is displayed, click the “Click Here” text and a pop-up will appear. From there, click the “Redeem” button and the value of your Smart Points will be automatically deducted from your balance due.

Note: If you redeemed Smart Points and the transaction is not completed, your Smart Points did not disappear. Your Smart Points have been converted into a coupon code. When placing your next order, you will find the coupon code where your Smart Points balance is displayed.

At the top of your Cart, click the “Click Here” text and a pop-up will appear. Under the Coupon tab, click the “Apply Coupon” button and the same value of your original Smart Points will be automatically deducted from your balance due. Alternatively, you may convert the coupon code back into Smart Points.

4. Complete Your Purchase – If you now have a zero balance due, click the “Place Order” button to complete your purchase. If you still have a balance remaining, choose your payment method and then click “Place Order”.

Smart Points cannot be earned on purchases made entirely with Smart Points. Smart Points will be earned on any amount partially paid with a credit card or offline payment such as Zelle or Apple Pay.
