We hope you and your families are having a great the holiday season. Over the last two weeks, several customers have experienced issues with the timely tracking, update, and arrival of their packages.
We have spoken to the Postal Service and these delays are directly due to the increase in COVID-19 cases across the country as well as a busier-than-usual holiday season. While holiday shopping is going to be different this year for many reasons, one thing hasn’t changed.
We strongly recommend our customers consider ordering early to avoid any potential delays.
The holiday season is busy for all of us, so you may experience slight delays in our response to your questions during working hours. Your concerns are extremely important to us and we will answer each and every email as quickly as possible.
If your question is in regards to your tracking number not updating, please remember that our guarantee is that every order placed and paid for before the daily cutoff time (2 pm EST M-F, 11 am EST on Sat) will be delivered to the post office (or alternate carrier) that same day before their scheduled pick-up time. If we ever fail to meet this guarantee, you will be contacted immediately with our plan to make it right.
We will update this blog as often as necessary to reflect the latest shipping news from all major carriers.
